Your Luxurious Batik Journey

How to take care of your batik

Hand Wash

Gently hand wash the batik shirt in cold water using a mild detergent to preserve the vibrant colors and delicate fabrics.

Avoid Bleaching Agents

Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the intricate patterns and affect the overall appearance of the batik design.

Separate Dark and Light Colors

Wash dark and light-colored batik shirts separately to prevent color bleeding and maintain the integrity of the design..

Gentle Rinse

Rinse the shirt thoroughly with cold water until all detergent is removed. Avoid wringing the fabric to prevent distortion.

Ironing on Low Heat

Iron the batik shirt inside-out on a low heat setting to preserve the wax-resist patterns. Use a pressing cloth to protect the fabric

Avoid Dry Cleaning

It's generally advisable to avoid it, as certain chemicals used in the process may impact the vibrant colors and intricate details.
